Certified Expressive Arts Therapist Kim Balke (BA, Child Studies) also offers services in expressive arts therapy. This practice has emerged from the field of psychotherapy as a means of therapeutic support that taps into our creative processes. It is a “low skill” approach, which means that you do not have to have skill with drawing, painting, sculpting, etc. in order to be engaged. It has an emphasis on process rather than product.
See this link for a closer look at the art therapy practice.
