Summer Arts Camp

Imagine That Arts Camp

As promised, we are providing an update regarding the plans for our Imagine That Arts Camp this summer 다운로드. As a staff team we have carefully listened to the directives given by Dr. Bonnie Henry and the Ministry of Health, and have thoughtfully weighed our options as the province moves into Phase 2 of its Restart Plan nate 동영상.

Unfortunately, given the restrictions limiting the size of gatherings, the elevated risk of transmission in enclosed spaces, and the hands-on nature of the camp itself, we are unable to offer an in-person Imagine That Arts Camp this year 다운로드.

That being said, we look forward to offering some creative opportunities to engage both the arts, and the community of South Delta, throughout the summer 아메리칸 스나이퍼 다운로드. These will be advertised and available to everyone online via our Imagine That Facebook Page.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me via the Facebook Page, or email me at 프레디의 피자가게 3 다운로드.

The mission of the Imagine That Arts Camp is to offer quality arts instruction to kids in our community. We want to encourage interest in the arts by providing an opportunity for children to be mentored by artists active in their field. Last year 160 children attended.

For younger kids, we offer a preschool stream and a kindergarten stream. Each class stays together for the entire morning.

For older kids, we offer two sessions. This gives campers a chance to pick two different classes. Our online registration process will show you which classes are available. The class sizes range from 12 to 20 participants. Classes fill up quickly after registration opens!

  • Session 1             9:00am – 10:30am
  • Snack Break      10:30am – 11:00am
  • Session 2           11:00am – 12:30pm

The 6 to 8 year olds are in one stream and the 9 to 12 year olds are in the second stream. The instruction is tailored to the age group.

Our snack break in the middle of the morning is a highlight for many of the campers. Everyone heads out into the sunshine. The church grounds become a huge play area. Friends who are attending the arts camp together will see eachother during the break if they are in different classes.

Supported by Dedicated Staff and Volunteers

Our staff at Cedar Park Church provide the administrative support to make the Imagine That Arts Camp a success year after year. All of our instructors and volunteers require a criminal record check. Each class has several adults working together so that your children have a wonderful week.

On the final evening, the kids will showcase what they have accomplished and learned during the week. The celebration evening features live performances and a gallery.
