Registration will open on Saturday, April 7, 2018. To help you get started, we have created a tutorial of our online registration process. 



Step One:

Reserve the Classes You Want

You can click on the links below to see all the exciting classes that we are offering in 2018! You will be doing the payment in step two, after you have reserved the classes you want.


The cost of the camp is $115 per child for your first two children. Additional children in your family can attend the Imagine That Arts Camp for free!


We have bursaries available. If you know a child that would love to attend, but the cost is a barrier, please contact Cedar Park Church and talk with Pastor Andrew Kowan.

Pick a Class that has Spaces Available

You will be able to see how many spots are available in each class. When a class is full, enrolment for the class will close. If you see a message that the class is full, please enrol your child in a different class that has spaces available.

Imagine That Arts Camp 2018 Classes

Young children from 3 to 6 years of age will be with one class for the entire morning. Each class has 12 to 20 campers. Older children should select two different classes. Pick a session one class and a session two class for each child in the 6 to 12 year old range. Here is the schedule:

Session One: 9:00 am to 10:30 am

Snack Break and Outdoor Play

Session Two: 11:00 am to 12:30 pm

Young Children

Preschool Classes for 3 to 5 Year Olds

Kindergarten Classes for 5 and 6 Year Olds Entering Kindergarten

6 to 8 Year Olds

Session One Classes for 6 to 8 Year Olds

Session Two Classes for 6 to 8 Year Olds

9 to 12 Year Olds

Session One Classes for 9 to 12 Year Olds

Session Two Classes for 9 to 12 Year Olds

Step Two:

give Consent and select A payment option

Payment Options

You can pay by credit card or cheque using our online process. If you want to pay by cheque, go ahead and complete step two now so that we have your contact details and consent. Simply select the option to pay by cheque. You will get an email confirmation with the details that you need.

Coupon Code

You will see a place to enter a coupon code during the registration process. There are no coupon codes published anywhere. This is for families with a bursary and for Imagine That Arts Camp instructors.

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available before June 30, 2018. Please request this in writing by sending an email to imaginethatarts@gmail.com. After June 30, there will be a 20% processing fee deducted.

Multiple Campers from One Family

If you are registering three or more children in the SAME FAMILY, do all of them in a row. After the first one, you will see a confirmation message. Click on the button that says register another person. It looks like the picture below.

This is very important! This will allow the software to keep track of how many children you are registering. If you use this button each time, your 3rd child and any successive children that you register will be free.

Proceed to Step Two

You will need the Care Card number (BC Medical Services number) for each child that you are registering.
