2019 ONLINE REGISTRATION
Registration will open on Saturday, April 6 2019.
To help you get started, we have created a tutorial of our online registration process.
Reserve the Classes You Want
You can click on the links below to see all the exciting classes that we are offering in 2019! You will be doing the payment in step two, after you have reserved the classes you want.
The cost of the camp is $120 per child for your first two children. Additional children in your family can attend the Imagine That Arts Camp for free!
We have bursaries available. If you know a child that would love to attend, but the cost is a barrier, please contact Cedar Park Church and talk with Pastor Andrew Kowan.

Pick a Class that has Spaces Available
You will be able to see how many spots are available in each class. When a class is full, enrollment for the class will close. If you see a message that the class is full, please enroll your child in a different class that has spaces available.

Imagine That Arts Camp 2019 Classes
Young children from 3 to 5 years of age will be with preschool or kindergarten classes for the entire morning. These classes will have a range of different arts projects that they will all participate in together.
Older children are split into two age groups, 6-8 and 9-12 years old respectively. For these ages, children should select two different classes. Pick a “Session One” class and a “Session Two” class. Here is the schedule:
Session One: 9:00 am to 10:30 am
Snack Break and Outdoor Play
Session Two: 11:00 am to 12:30 pm
6 to 8 Year Olds
9 to 12 Year Olds
Give Consent and Select A Payment Option
You can pay by credit card using our online process. If you want to pay by cheque, go ahead and complete step two now so that we have your contact details and consent. Simply select the option to pay by cheque. You will get an email confirmation with the details that you need.
You will see a place to enter a coupon code during the registration process. This is for families with a bursary and for Imagine That Arts Camp instructors.
Full refunds are available before June 30, 2019. Please request this in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. After June 30, there will be a 20% processing fee deducted.
Multiple Campers from One Family
If you are registering three or more children in the SAME FAMILY, do all of them in a row. After the first one, you will see a confirmation message. Click on the button that says register another person. It looks like the picture below.
This is very important! This will allow the software to keep track of how many children you are registering. If you use this button each time, your 3rd child and any successive children that you register will be free.
Proceed to Step Two
You will need the Care Card number (BC Medical Services number) for each child that you are registering.
