About Youth

Roots Youth is designed for middle and high school students to grow in their faith, make lasting friendships, and have fun along the way. We’re all about creating a space where young people feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged to explore who they are in Christ.
Youth Fall Kickoff September 11th, 6:30-8:30pm at Cedar Park Church.  We will be at Cedar Park Every Wednesday 6:30-8:30pm

"As the Director of Next Generation Ministries at Cedar Park Church, I am committed to fostering the spiritual development of our children and youth through engaging and impactful programs. My pursuit of a teaching degree at TWU enriches my approach to mentorship and education. I am dedicated to building meaningful connections within our community while bringing enthusiasm and creativity to my role. In my free time, I enjoy backpacking with my husband, Andrew, gardening, making coffee, finding the perfect hammock spot, and spending time with friends."

Roots Youth Core Values

Belonging

Roots Youth is a place where everyone can feel at home. We value building a community where students can be themselves, connect with others, and form meaningful relationships.

Faith

Our goal is to help students discover and deepen their faith in God,  through engaging Bible discussions and small groups.

Fun

We believe in balancing faith with fun! Our gatherings include games, concession, and plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy time with friends.

Identity

At Roots we help our students discover who they are in Jesus. Building a lasting foundation that will serve them for life.
